Under the terms of the memorandum, the parties will discuss and develop go-to-market models to pursue new business opportunities with the aim of recruiting new customers. Elsewhere, the parties will also contribute their individual technical expertise and support in areas of common interest.

At the signing ceremony, Khaled Al Melhi said, “Recent global events and the heightened sophistication seen from hacker networks, has reinforced the need to tighten the region’s security posture. Collaborating with one of the world’s leading cybersecurity vendors will enable us to enrich our expertise and ensure Injazat customers, and the local ICT ecosystem, are better protected. The businesses will review ways of enhancing common areas and services, including incident response, consultation, deployment and installation within the Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity solution sphere.”

Eugene Kaspersky added “Industrial cybersecurity risks are greater than ever nowadays, and the cost of an error is higher as well. Therefore, we are very pleased we have concluded an agreement with such a strong partner as Injazat Data Systems to work together in this and other important fields, delivering the highest level of cybersecurity to the Middle East region.”
