Samsung has opened its new maintenance centre in Palestine Street, Jeddah.
During the event, Mr Mohammed Fariss, Head of Service at Samsung Electronics, stated: “By renovating the centre, we aim to accommodate a larger number of customers and provide them with quick, integrated and distinct services. We also aspire to communicate and interact with our customers in a unique technical and vocational atmosphere by giving them the opportunity to fix and update their mobile devices through face to face technicians for efficient service. This ensures Samsung’s aim in fulfilling customers’ needs and achieving top levels of service excellence and customer satisfaction.”
