ALSO Holding AG has acquired French network and security distributor BeIP that offers a wide portfolio of IT technologies and related support services across France and Africa.
BeIP offers a wide portfolio of IT technologies and related support services across France and Africa, mainly in the areas of network and security infrastructure. The company focuses on the so-called vertical markets such as those for telecommunications operators.
The two company’s current focus is the French market, especially in the areas of network and security infrastructure. Figures on individual countries or any financial terms were not disclosed. Commenting on the impact of the acquisition on African market, ALSO Holding told Channel Post that, “Accessing new vertical markets presents tremendous potential in all markets especially in the areas of network and security infrastructure. BeIP will help us to tap these markets in France and elsewhere.”
