Avaya has announced its latest version of Avaya IP Office Platform, with an aim to allow small-to-medium enterprises in region to leverage power of cloud-hosted communications solutions while satisfying regulatory requirements of the Middle East.
This new platform lets the channel partners to deliver cloud-hosted unified communications(UC) and contact center(CC) solutions to the customers, while maintaining an on-premises gateway, allowing customers to take trunk lines from service providers and satisfy the regulatory requirements as well.
It furthers the aspect of security and resilience by providing built-in signaling and media encryptions for endpoints and UC clients thereby help preserving privacy and data integrity. This Unique feature in Avaya IP Office is provided at no extra cost or added complexity. The Avaya Office Release 10 also provides system failover cloud to cloud, cloud to premises, premises to cloud and premises to premises and in any of these approach the system stays active and users maintain connectivity throughout the outage.
The Avaya IP Office Platform is available through authorized channel partners in three deployment options: premises-based, hybrid or pure cloud solution.
