Samsung launches partner academy

Accessible through a mobile application, desktop or tablet, the tiered point-based program with online resources allows users to receive support to ensure continued growth in the competitive business market.

The platform is easily accessible on mobile, uses self-guided learning resources for partner education on Samsung B2B products and solutions, including Samsung KNOX security and Mobile Care. The portal delivers greater interactivity and tracking of product certifications, professional development, sales and marketing training. The course material includes case studies, solutions, product information and technical specifications.
