Chike Farrell has been named SkyKick’s vice president of marketing; Kathryn Saducas as general manager of Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and Anthony Philips as general manager of business development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Farrell has extensive experience with B2B and B2C marketing across a range of industry sectors. He has founded and successfully grown a digital marketing startup, and held marketing-focused leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he co-founded Caribbean Ideas Limited, the region’s leading digital and inbound marketing agency. As CEO of Caribbean Ideas, he helped regional and locally based multinational organizations use digital to drive marketing and business results. Prior to that, he held senior product marketing, product management and advertising roles in the Online Services Group at Microsoft, and at Ernst & Young.
Saducas has held various leadership roles at Microsoft for the past decade, and led the cloud channel transformation across Asia and Latin America starting with the launch of Office 365 in Australia. With more than 20 years of channel development experience, predominantly in the IT industry, Saducas has been a change agent for the cloud, and has worked with distributors, independent software vendors (ISVs), resellers, solution partners and telcos across the globe. Prior to that, she served in senior executive and management roles at online startups and other global companies like American Express.
Philips is a technology, media and telecommunications leader with two decades of experience in a variety of roles growing businesses in international markets. He has extensive experience managing international teams in APAC, EMEA and the Americas. Philips spent more than a decade managing global business development, marketing, media strategy and sales teams at Microsoft.
