Action To Action (ATA), an organisation that takes tech innovations to markets, has announced the opening of its office in Cairo, Egypt.

In line with its strategy of deploying comprehensive resources across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), ATA also announced the appointment of Loaie Mohammed as general manager and country representative. Mohammed will be responsible for business development activities in Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan, as well as client servicing and representation.

“We continue to grow our business in the MEA and Egypt is an increasingly important market for ATA,” said Cizar Abughazaleh, president and CEO, Action to Action, MEA. “The time is right to establish our presence in the country, and I am very pleased that Loaie will be joining us to lead our efforts in Egypt and Levant. Loaie brings a broad range of experience across different product lines and he will play a critical role in building our business.”

ATA’s primary mission is to identify new technological innovations and entrepreneurs from across the world, and help them penetrate into new markets, by building and developing an efficient channel and distribution management system.

“I am delighted to be rejoining ATA,” said Mohammed. “With the positive developments in the Egyptian economy, there is an increasing demand for new technologies and innovations from clients in Egypt. ATA, with its global vendors and capabilities, is well placed to deliver these products and solutions to a market that is eager to adopt new technologies. This is a great opportunity to build a market leading business, it is an opportunity that I very much look forward to.”
