China-based Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co, a provider of LED lighting technology has marked the official opening of its regional headquarters at Dubai Silicon Oasis, the integrated free zone technology park.
Dr. Mohammed Alzarooni, vice chairman and CEO, Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), and Zhuang Shenan, chairman of Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co, led the inauguration of Yaming’s regional headquarters in the presence of senior officials from DSOA and Yaming Lighting Co.
The new regional headquarters marks the organisation’s expansion plans into the region. According to Yaming, the regional headquarters aims to drive the company’s operations across the Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries.
Dr Alzarooni, said: “We are delighted to welcome Yaming, a renowned name in the lighting industry, to Dubai Silicon Oasis. Rashid Al Noori, chairman, Yaming Middle East, Africa and CIS, expressed his appreciation to Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and Yaming’s dedicated staff for their unilateral support to the company’s successful launch and establishment in Dubai.
