Cisco to highlight digital transformation at IoTX 2015

Cisco announced its participating at the “Internet of Things Expo 2015” (IoTX) to be held from June 8–9 2015 in Dubai at Dubai World Trade Centre. The company will be at stand #IoT-4 and will showcase its world-class technology solutions designed to help both public and private sector organisations leverage digital transformation in order to embrace the Internet of Everything (IoE).

Cisco will use IoTX as a platform to highlight the contribution of IoE to Dubai’s Smart City transformation in the build-up to the World Expo 2020 and beyond.

As a keynote speaker, Rabih Dabboussi, General Manager, Cisco UAE will speak on ‘Dubai And The Internet Of Everything: Opportunity At The Crossroads’ on June 8th, 2015 at 12.20 pm and Shukri Eid, Director Cisco Consulting Services, Middle East, Africa and Russia, CIS will speak at the Idea Swap on the topic ‘Digitising A Nation, Opportunities And Implications’ on June 9th, 2015 at 11.30 am.

At Cisco’s IoTX booth (#IoT-4), video content and a live city display will be utilized to demonstrate various ‘real life’ Smart City scenarios including Smart Energy, Smart Transportation, Smart Parking, Retail, Healthcare and Remote Diagnostics.
