Avaya will next month give an in-depth overview of the powerful IP Office Midmarket Collaboration Solution to channel participants in its South African User group breakfast workshop.
According to an invitation to local Avaya enthusiasts, the International Avaya User Group (IAUG) SA Chapter will hold the breakfast workshop at the Protea Hotel Midrand in Gauteng.
The free-to-attend is expected to feature feature rich Avaya applications that can turn offices into the hub of collaborative information centres.
The South Africa Chapter serves Avaya customers in South Africa by providing opportunities for networking, education and best practice sharing.
At 5,200 members strong, the International Avaya Users Group (IAUG) combines the previous Avaya and heritage Nortel user groups into one of the world’s largest international organizations for communications technology professionals.
The organisers of the South African event next month have made a menu of well-packed sessions that will cover the IP Office Platform A Simple, Powerful Midmarket Collaboration Solution and it will include the Avaya Contact Centre Select (ACCS) robust multichannel contact centre functionality, Avaya Video Solution support the mobile devices, desktops and high definition room-based video collaboration, Avaya Data – Ethernet Routing Switch (ERS) with its quick set-up script designed to simplify the installation of the Avaya IP Office system.
The workshop will also feature an opportunity for registered participants to enter a lucky draw where the winner will get paid participation and accommodation at the IAUG SA Chapter Conference from 23rd to 26th August 2015.
