Al-Falak announced that it has been selected by Etisalat to provide them a comprehensive video monitoring solution that can analyze the quality of service and user experience.
The company partnered with Agama Technologies to build a monitoring system that can provide Etisalat with an end-to-end monitoring, auditing, analyzing and correlating events from primary head down to the end user devices such as set-top-boxes, smart phones, and tablets.
