As Director of International Marketing, Mr. Kessel has been leading Tripp Lite’s marketing efforts in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia since 2012. Now, as Tripp Lite sharpens its focus on the region, he will work in a multidimensional role, also heading the company’s business expansion project in Sub-Saharan Africa.

“Eran has a unique and nuanced perspective on the IT industry. Thanks to his diverse background, he’s seen it from all angles – engineering, sales, and marketing,” said Darwin Haines, Tripp Lite’s Vice President of Sales – EMEA and Asia. “He possesses the competent leadership and experience we need to head our aggressive business expansion project in Sub-Saharan Africa. Eran is ideally suited to help us stimulate growth and accelerate the development of our business in the dynamic SSA region.”

Mr. Kessel will retain the role of Director of International Marketing for Europe, Africa and Asia along with his new responsibilities. “I have been working closely with the African market for many years and have learned a great deal about the unique business challenges and opportunities it presents,” said Mr. Kessel. “I look forward to working alongside our experienced sales team and network of loyal partners in the region as I lead Tripp Lite’s effort to fortify our position in the African market,” the executive continued.

Mr. Kessel has over 25 years of experience in the business world and close to 20 years of experience in the IT and datacenter industry, in both Product Management and Senior Marketing positions. He holds an Advanced Business Management diploma from Tel Aviv University’s Recanati School of Business.
