Avaya, a global provider of unified communications solutions, has announced it is hosting its popular Avaya Technology Forum (ATF) at the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai from March 31 to April 1, 2015.

According to the vendor, ATF is a hands-on learning environment, featuring expert workshops, live demonstrations, and solid recommendations for enterprise and midmarket technology planning.

Avaya said as this is the first ATF event in the region, the company is aiming to use the event to educate and engage partners and customers from the Middle East, Africa, China, India and Russia.

The company said ATF is a rare opportunity to hear from Avaya experts, channel partners and customers on strategies for migrating, designing and implementing innovative customer and team engagement solutions.

The company pointed out that more than 70 sessions will take place over the three-day event, covering a number of topics, including customer and team engagement, software-defined networking, cloud-based services, virtualisation, security and mobility.

“ATF is the place to experience the next big thing in customer and team engagement technology,” said Fadi Moubarak, Avaya channel leader for Global Growth Markets. “It’s the meeting place for market and thought leaders from across our region, and we look forward to meaningful conversations on the technologies and trends that will transform how business is conducted today, and in the future.”
