BenQ unveiled its new range of short-throw projectors for the Middle East region. Short-throw projectors allow wide-screen display in reduced spaces, long, narrow rooms, and other areas not originally designed for presentations.
BenQ’s 100” displays are double the size of most LCDs and almost 120% bigger than the leading IFPs, and do not have to be fixed in location. Further, BenQ’s short-throw projectors eliminate the problems of light shining in the presenter’s face or shadows obstructing the image.
“Most small and medium sized businesses don’t have a lot of space to waste. They don’t have large auditoriums, but they do have meeting rooms and executive offices that fit from three to 16 people. We have designed our short-throw projector product line to provide high-quality displays to users in tight spaces. By doing so, we hope to truly empower business presenters with more convenience and confidence, and give their audience an optimal viewing experience.” said Manish Bakshi, Managing Director, BenQ Middle East and Africa.
BenQ’s short-throw product line all provide 100” display at a range of distances from 183cm (six feet) down to just 43cm (17 inches). They come with three resolutions: Full-HD (1920×1080), WXGA (1280X800) and XGA (1024 x 768).
