Phoenix Distribution, a leading IT distributor in West Africa is set to start Kaspersky training programs in all regions of Africa.
The Nigeria-based distributor said in an interview with Channel Post MEA that they will soon be launching weekly webinars targeted at their African partners who do not get face-to-face training.
According to Anton Vukic, Channel Director at Phoenix Distribution, IT security will be an important area of focus this year as threats are seen to be on the increase in Africa.
“The security threats are growing on a daily basis and every company and consumer in the world needs to be more secure, thus we have put a major focus on Kaspersky this year in Africa,” said Anton Vukic.
He added that “Kaspersky’s is a great brand for all resellers to get behind; their innovation and continued product updates are leading the industry. This is backed up with their numerous global awards.”
Phoenix Distribution is also championing another product called Storagecraft, “which offers business continuity and disaster recovery, as no company can afford having down time anymore.”
