Regional VAD FVC, has signed an agreement with Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications) to distribute its range of unified communications (UC) and contact centre solutions across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Pakistan.
According to FVC, the wide range of solutions including team collaboration, voice platforms, applications, phones and clients will complement its existing portfolio, providing its partners and customers a wider range of options for their business processes and productivity.
Unify selected FVC because of its expertise in UC and its strong relationships with the channel across the region. Unify wanted a partnership with an organisation that would help them to work with the channel in embracing their UC portfolio.

FVC will be investing in a channel, sales and pre-sales teams to focus on recruiting and expanding the Unify channel network across these countries supported by technical expertise, necessary demo equipment and training.
