ManageEngine, the real-time IT management company, today announced its integrated IT management software, IT360, has been named “Value Leader” by Enterprise Management Associates (EMA). Specifically, EMA recognized IT360 for its leadership position in the “Service Impact and Performance Management” category of the report, “EMA Radar for Application Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM): Q4 2013,” by EMA Vice President Dennis Drogseth. The report can be viewed and downloaded at http://www.manageengine/it360/ema-radar-addm.html.
The EMA report also honored IT360 with “Strong Value” badges in the “Change Management and Change Impact Optimization” and the “Service-aware Asset Management” categories. Finally, ManageEngine earned EMA’s “Vendor on the Move” award. For the ADDM report, EMA evaluated solutions from ManageEngine and nine other vendors.
“ManageEngine’s combination of cost-effectiveness, versatility, ease-of-use and continued commitment to advancements in automation not only make it a vendor on the move but also a pragmatic visionary in the ADDM marketplace,” said Dennis Drogseth, vice president, EMA. “I very much look forward to watching IT 360 evolve towards a full Value Leader position across all three use cases with coming enhancements early next year.”
Sridhar Iyengar, vice president, product management, at ManageEngine, said, “Our customers count on us to provide a holistic, unified IT management solution. The advances in IT hardware and the complexities in meeting user expectations make application discovery and dependency mapping — including automated discovery, CMDB and IT process automation — an imperative attribute in any IT management tool. EMA’s recognition validates our product strategy and commitment to providing a holistic, easy-to-use and affordable solution to manage IT.”
