
Spectrami trains its partners on Advanced Threat Defense
Leading VAD in the region, Spectrami recently conducted a training workshop for its channel partners on Fidelis XPS in association with General Dynamics Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions.
Spectrami TechWorkshop was focused on imparting skills-sets, knowledge and information to enable partners to understand and assess the requirements of a customer while suggesting Fidelis XPS, a solution for Advanced Threat Defense to counter the rise in Advanced Persistent Threats.
Channel partners servicing industry verticals like Telecom, Banking, Government, Healthcare and others attended the workshop. Nikhil Das, Senior Security Engineer from General Dynamics Fidelis updated partners on latest developments in the IT security space, discussed the key features of Fidelis XPS and gave them hands on training.
Nikhil executed the TechWorkshop and explained the advantages of Fidelis XPS while explaining the disruptive nature of advanced threats for businesses and how Fidelis can secure enterprises against such threats. This was followed by a technical walkthrough for the partners of the product that covered the logging and reporting features of the Advanced Threat Defense solution, along with its flexibility to deploy policies based on the threat reporting requirements of each individual environment. Policy creation was also demonstrated for customers with custom visibility needs.
The workshop covered newer features such as enhanced Malware detection capabilities and the ability to operationalize intelligence from existing security systems to enhance protection against threats.
