Global Knowledge sets up its new base in Egypt

Leading IT and business skills training institute, Global Knowledge announced the relocation of its Cairo office and training center to a bigger space that offers a state of the art learning environment at Sheraton Heliopolis, reflecting Global Knowledge’s commitment in continually maximizing value for its customers.

Global Knowledge’s investment in its Egypt operations comes at a time when recent political events have resulted in an uncertain economic climate, with other companies freezing or decreasing investment in the country. The company’s relocation and expansion thus reflects its long standing dedication to Egypt and growing the Egyptian IT training market.

With new enhanced facilities Global Knowledge has the latest infrastructure, vendor software and testing equipment to simplify the testing and certification processes to offer over 1,500 courses in Egypt from basic network troubleshooting to advanced level certifications from leading vendors in the IT industry.

Global Knowledge has been in the Egyptian market for 14 years now, previously operating under the name Synergy Professional Services. The company provides over 1,500 IT courses offering specialized training and certifications from leading vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, Citrix, EC-Council, ITIL, Project Management Institute (PMI), Avaya, Blue Coat, Cisco Iron Port, CompTIA, International Standard for Information Security (ISC2) and VMware. The company’s training services have been instrumental in supporting the continued growth of the Egyptian IT industry through business skills development, training, and certification.
