3W Networks, a telecoms and security systems integrator operating in the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions has signed a joint venture agreement with Technomatic GmbH, a German-based automation engineering services to set-up a new company.
The new company, 3W Technomatic will be headquartered in Dubai. 3W Technomatic will provide advanced automation solutions to the various industrial sectors in Middle East and Africa. The company’s capabilities will include process engineering, process control, instrumentation, electrical, safety, software development and management Services for the oil and gas, power, water and infrastructure sectors.
