Optimus to power Opti-UPS

Optimus Technology and Telecommunications, announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Opti-UPS and they will distribute Opti-UPS across the Middle East and Africa region with exclusive distribution rights in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.

This timely distribution agreement of Optimus with Opti-UPS will capitalize on both of our strengths and opportunities. Opti-UPS has an extensive range of products, which include standby, line-interactive and online UPS products besides stabilizers and surge busters that have gained the trust of worldwide customers. Additionally, it also offers devices that cater to specific segments such as UPS for gamers, enhanced series of workstations and PC users for both home and business users.

Optimus will enhance Opti-UPS’ channel network in the territory by conducting focused channel development activities. This will include offering training and consultancy to partners and enabling them to sell solutions. The company will also offer value added services to its partners through Optimus 360°, which is suite of services across sales, marketing, pre and post sales support.  In addition to the above services, Optimus Academy will offer training programs for and on behalf of Opti-UPS to enhance service capabilities of the partner network to address customer requirements. 

The range of power products from Opti-UPS will complement the product lines Optimus already carries from leading brands including Avaya, Tandberg (which is now a part of Cisco), Netgear, Molex to name a few.  With the addition of the power solutions products from Opti-UPS, Optimus’ enhanced suite of products offers channel partners an easy foot in the door to win customers orders in SME and enterprise verticals.
