Oxygen Middle East, recently announced the signing up of an distribution agreement with Aptilo. Oxygen will distribute pre-integrated solutions for control of billing, user services and access in wireless networks including Wi-Fi and LTE as part of their mobile broadband ecosystem of solutions from Aptilo in the region.
