Site Technology in association with Cisco and CommScope hosted a focused IT Defense Conference called ‘Borderless Network and Collaboration’ recently in Abu Dhabi to enable the selected senior management executives of various entities within defense sector to examine the latest technologies offered and adapt innovative business solutions for unique business requirements.
Rami Al-Naghi, Regional General Manager Gulf & ME, Site Technology said, “Government Sectors are leveraging to improve communication, process efficiencies and to effectively share intelligence information. It is now clear that these efforts require lowering communications and information-sharing barriers. Doing so would foster the compilation of more complete information and collaboration amongst the key players who would speed and improve both, the analysis and quality of decisions.”

Cisco also showcased its Mobile Defense Solutions enable optimizing the usage of several devices used at various military forces around the world. Paul also talked about Cisco products in the defense sector, such as Secure VPN, Mobility Solutions, Secure Warning Tone, IPICS, Unified Communications and the benefits of using IP COTS in the military.
