German gaming brand ROCCAT recently announced the launch of their new Max Customization Gaming Mouse, ROCCAT Kone [+] in the UAE in partnership with Uber Technologies. Kone [+] features 10.5 megapixel resolution and a 1000Hz polling rate, with up to 30Gs of acceleration and speeds of up to 200ips (5.08m/s) without loss or lag. The Tracking and Distance Control Unit (TDCU) is now integrated in the laser sensor designed to allow the mouse to control lift-off distance as well as fine-tune the sensor to suit the Mousepad for optimal tracking.

WD unveils new external drive for Mac

Western Digital today announced that its newest generation of the popular My Book Studio external hard drives are designed for use with Mac computers and Apple Time Machine. Now available with a 3 TB storage capacity, the new design features a brushed aluminum casing to match the appearance of a Mac computer, and also serves to keep the drive cool while in use. The aluminum exterior, combined with its WD Caviar Green drives, eliminates the need for an internal fan to reduce drive noise and extend the life of the drive. Although formatted for Mac computers, the My Book Studio external hard drives can also be reformatted for PCs.

Epson reveals projector for dusty and sandy environments

Epson developed a projector exhaust shutter system featured in Epson’s EB-D6155W and EB-D6250 projectors that Epson recently launched in Middle East region. The shutter automatically closes when the projector is not in use, preventing dust and sand from entering and causing damage. HP launches TouchPad

This friday HP rolled out its new tablet called TouchPad in US market after it went on sale in Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon.com, to name a few. HP expects to take TouchPad beyond America in the later part of this year. TouchPad measures 9.45" wide by 7.48" high by 0.54" deep and it weighs approximately 740 grams. It also supports Adobe's Flash video format and runs the webOS operating system. HP becomes the newest kid of on the block to offer a tablet besides Samsung Galaxy Tab, the BlackBerry PlayBook, the Motorola Xoom and many other tablets running on Google Android OS.

Huawei unveils first Android Honeycomb 3.2 tablet

Huawei recently unveiled a new 7-inch tablet “MediaPad,” the first tablet in the world to run this version of Android 3.2, which is tailor made for devices that sport smaller designs. Huawei’s MediaPad packs a 217-pixel per inch IPS capacitive touch panel. The tablet is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor and is equipped with 8GB of memory. The memory can be upgraded further via a micro-SD card slot. HSPA+ 14.4Mbps and high-speed WiFi 802.11n for internet connectivity.

NVIDIA unveils world’s fastest GPU for notebook, GeForce GTX 580M, which sets new benchmarks in the world of gaming and computing. Currently, available only in the Alienware M18x, and is expected to be available soon in the Alienware M17x notebook along with NVIDIA Optimus technology. "The best game support.
