Jason Chen, the CEO for Acer today announced the launch of an exciting product line catering to a wide range of professionals and gamers at a virtual Global Press Conference next@acer that was streamed live from Taipei.
The virtual event was themed after the “Rock, Paper and Scissors “ game, wherein the paper referred to the thin and lightweight devices (Chromebook Enterprise Spin 713 and Swift 5), Scissors referred to their ConceptD 2020 product line targeting designers, creators and design studios while Rock to their rugged, military-grade Acer Enduro Product line.
The event was flagged off with the launch of Anti-Microbial devices for PC users to keep them safe yet ensure they are interactive, insightful and engaging and can adapt to the emerging ‘new normal’.
The Chromebook Enterprise Spin 713, comes with an Anti-Microbial coating is powered by Intel processor and sports a 13.5” display. The Acer Swift 5 again comes with an Anti-Microbial coating for its entire form factor and weighs just a kg, is powered by Intel processor and GEFORCE MX350 graphics card.
An entire ConceptD 2020 product line ranging from a tab to display monitor was also unveiled. The ConceptD3 Ezel, weighing just 1.68 kg and equipped with a high pressure-sensitive Active pen and a good long-lasting battery of 18 hrs. The unique feature of this product line being colour accuracy and is fully functional with Windows 10.
The Acer Enduro N7 is MIL-STD 810G certified, IP65 compliant (Dust and water-resistant). It also has hot-swappable battery giving it an extended battery life and has a built-in fingerprint sensor. The Enduro N3 is sleek and stylish to look at. It is IP53 rated and weighs less than 1.99 kgs.
To assuage the needs of the gamers, Acer has come out with innovative enhancements to its Predator Helio 300, Helio 700, its flagship desktop version for gamers Predator ORION 9000 series. Predator Helio 300 boasts of a 240 HZ / 3ms response time display for glitch-free graphic laden games. It also has 4th Gen AeroBlade 3D fan, Intel 10th Gen Core i7 processor and GEFORCE RTX 2070 Max-Q graphic Card.
Helio 700 comes with a hyperdrift keyboard, which has MAGFORCE keys that make use of optical technology for accuracy. It also has dedicated keys for Racing games. To cool the CPU, Acer has announced a game-changing PowerGem technology.
Its flagship desktop version for gamers, the Predator ORION 9000 series comes with some exciting enhancements such as EMI shield for its glass panel for interference protection, darkened components for improved looks, ARGB lighting and Predator FrostBlade for better cooling.
Predator X25 gaming monitor and Predator Gaming chair, that can fit into its flagship Predator thrones and a vitamin loaded drink Predator shot was also launched.
The whole product lineup was fully aligned with the overall theme and Acer had something to offer for every individual addressing the needs of today and the near future.
