2CRSi Group is announced the acquisition of Boston Limited that will enable 2CRSi expand its geographical footprint as well as benefit from major commercial synergies and substantial economies of scale.
With Boston Limited under its wings, 2CRSi will now have almost 70 sales associates working across all continents and will benefit from an extensive distribution network of Boston that will further strengthen its global reach.
The acquisition also brings a highly evolved portfolio of over 1,500 customers across a diverse range of sectors, including high-performance servers (HPC), television and streaming (Broadcasting), special effects (VFX), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Gaming, augmented reality (AR), Genomics, Smart Cities and Telecommunications. Thereby, increasing the growth potential from new markets and helping the company to diversify its customer base.
