Acer has announced its new notebook computer line-up, including the new Aspire V 15 with metallic aesthetic cues, the Aspire E Series with solid performance packed into a sophisticated design, and the Aspire ES series with all the essential features at an unbeatable price. All of the new notebooks are supported by Acer for the free Windows 10 upgrade.

The Aspire V 15 is adorned with an aluminium top cover imprinted using Acer’s advanced nano-imprint technology to provide a luxurious and uniquely textured metallic finish. Built with the 5th generation Intel Core processors and the latest NVIDIA GeForce 940M series graphics chips, the Aspire V 15 provides high-powered processing and amazing onscreen performance. With up to 16 GB of memory and 2TB of hard drive storage1 or a fast 1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive (SSHD), customers can enjoy fast SSD–like access and large hard drive capacity. Photos, videos, games and presentations appear vivid and clear on the Full HD display. Dolby Digital Plus sound and a DVD-RW drive with M-Disc support make the Aspire V 15 ideal for entertainment.

The new Aspire E Series notebooks come in a variety of colour options in 14-inch, 15.6-inch, and 17.3-inch displays. They feature a textile-pattern on the cover and underside which has been manufactured through a brand new process, involving 3D scanning of fabric samples, which are then replicated into moulds with 3D printing technology and finished with a laser engraving process. The bold and colourful interior panels extend to an eye-catching ring around the machine visible even when the lid is closed.

With the latest Intel processors1, NVIDIA GeForce 940M series graphics with dedicated DDR3 VRAM or AMD Radeon R8 and R6 dual graphics, up to 16GB RAM and 2TB HDD/ 1TB SSHD storage options, the new Aspire E Series provides solid performance for everyday use.

“Intel has worked closely with Acer for many years to deliver a variety of products that are compelling to both businesses and consumers,” said Navin Shenoy, Intel corporate vice president and GM, Mobility Client Platforms. “The new Aspire V 15 with the 5th generation Intel Core processors delivering the high-powered performance expected of a system built with the enthusiast in mind, and the Aspire E Series powered by Intel Core, Pentium or Celeron processors for great performance and affordability for everyday use are the latest examples of our long standing collaboration.”
